At LashBySherry, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we enforce strict guidelines to ensure hygiene and quality for all customers. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
No Returns on Opened or Used Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any used or opened lash products, including:

Lash adhesives

Lash trays

Tweezers
-
Primers and removers

Any item that has been tampered with or is not in its original condition
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

You must contact us via email within 14 days of the order date.

The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them.

Products must be in their original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return requests that fall outside this timeframe or do not meet the conditions above will not be accepted.
Return Process

Once approved, we will send return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your refund is late or missing, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if needed.
Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the incorrect item(s).

We’ll resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
LashBySherry LLC is not responsible for:

Orders are delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

Lost or stolen packages once they’ve been shipped

Delays caused by the carrier.
